Our Story
Building practical cybersecurity solutions for the utilities that keep our communities safe.
The Problem We Found
I started UtilitySight after years of building large-scale data systems and seeing how smaller customers are consistently overlooked by software vendors. When cyberattacks on critical infrastructure began making headlines, I started paying closer attention to the systems most at risk and eventually found the thousands of small and rural water utilities that provide drinking water to communities around the US.
What I found was a troubling gap in the market. These water utility teams are held to the same cybersecurity expectations as big cities, but with a fraction of the resources and no tools purpose built for their unique challenges.
Our Mission
We're building UtilitySight to close that gap with something practical, honest, and aligned with how these systems actually operate. We believe small utilities should have access to tools that fit their needs and intelligently automate what we can, without unnecessary complexity or cost.
What Drives Us
Community-First
We serve the utilities that serve our communities, ensuring every water system has access to the tools they need.
Practical Security
We focus on real-world cybersecurity challenges, not theoretical solutions that don't fit small utility operations.
Smart Automation
We intelligently automate what we can while keeping things simple and cost-effective for resource-limited teams.
